Growing up, John was healthy, fit, and active, enjoying time working out in the gym, hiking and cycling. However slow and insidious Mercury poisoning changed that. It took 35 years before the total mass of symptoms finally prompted John onto an intensive investigation. After a deep dive he was able to figure it out and safely detoxify. This year’s long journey, along with his interests in the health sciences, compelled John to study nutrition science in earnest. He received a diploma in Holistic Nutrition with high honours from Edison Institute of Nutrition, and later received his titles R.O.H.P./R.N.C.P. from the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.
