We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account. The cancellation fee is equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee.
If you happen to miss your appointment without providing notice, a missed appointment fee will be applied to your account. The missed appointment fee is equivalent to the full price of your scheduled appointment.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment time. In the case of late arrivals, it is fully understood that only the time remaining for your scheduled appointment will be allotted. Extensions of appointment times due to late arrivals are at the practitioners sole discretion, and are dependent on availability.
Please wear appropriate clothing to your appointment. Loose or stretchy pants and shirts that will allow for movement. You will be asked to remove any restrictive accessories (such as a belt, glasses, or hat), as well as any personal belongings in your pockets upon the commencement of treatment.
Collection of Contact Information:
Any and all contact information collected during the booking process or during a scheduled appointment will only be used for the following purposes:
communication with you directly through email, telecommunications or postal mail;
accounting and billing through online accounting software;
appointment scheduling, confirmation and reminders through online appointment scheduling
providing you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Collection of Other Personal Information:
Any and all personal information relating to a client's health history that is collected and recorded during a scheduled appointment is strictly confidential and accessible to the client upon request (accessible information does not include any practitioner's notes as well as any proprietary information developed by the practitioner).
