Service Description
My most recommended and highly valued option; this is a true investment in your health. After your initial assessment, let’s work together to help you practice and internalize the topics we discuss together. After filling out our questionnaire, you will receive your own personalized Nutri-Body graph and large case report, based on your own unique symptomatology. With this you will receive a complementary 50 minute session in which we discuss in detail the top four areas of concern based on the graph. Further sessions can be added if you require additional assistance. This is custom fit, tailored nutritional assistance at its very best.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account. The cancellation fee is equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee. If you happen to miss your appointment without providing notice, a missed appointment fee will be applied to your account. The missed appointment fee is equivalent to the full price of your scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment time. In the case of late arrivals, it is fully understood that only the time remaining for your scheduled appointment will be allotted. Extensions of appointment times due to late arrivals are at the practitioner's sole discretion, and are dependent on availability.
