Youth Follow-up Osteopathic Treatment

Service Description

A Youth (12-17 y.o.) - Follow-up Osteopathic Treatment consists of a reassessment and treatment. It is during these appointments that the practitioner is able to establish and implement a personalized treatment plan that meets the needs of each client. The frequency and duration are subject to change in relation to how the client responds to previous treatments. A youth is considered to be between the ages of 12 and 17 years old. Clients who are 17 years old or younger must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. **Please note that you can only book a Youth (12-17 y.o.) - Follow-up appointment if you are an existing client.**

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account. The cancellation fee is equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee. If you happen to miss your appointment without providing notice, a missed appointment fee will be applied to your account. The missed appointment fee is equivalent to the full price of your scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment time. In the case of late arrivals, it is fully understood that only the time remaining for your scheduled appointment will be allotted. Extensions of appointment times due to late arrivals are at the practitioner's sole discretion, and are dependent on availability.
